Terms & ConditionsPlease double check item, color, price, URL link & etc. We won't be responsible if it's wrong because you send in the wrong items. I will make sure to check that your items are ordered accurately as stated in your order form, but I wont be responsible if agent send out the wrong colour/item to me.
Place your order by email us at
twiggyfatty@hotmail.com indicating the spree name as the subject. For example, "Taobao Spree #1". Transfer of money have to be made within 24hrs after sending in the order form or if not state when you can make payment, else order will be void. Only paid orders will be taken in. Please wait for confirmation mail to be sent to you before you transfer to us. No cancellation/ changes of order after payment is made.
Prices are fixed, no negotiation is allowed. When you place an order, you are making your own decision to participate in our spree. If items are out-of-stock, you can choose to change to another item under the same spree, or you can choose to have a refund. Refunds will be done at the end of our spree.
No refunds will be made unless item is out of stock. Refund will be done only at the end of the Spree. Do note that for Taobao Spree, Agent fees will not be refunded. (Refund will be divided by 4.5)
We will not hold any responsibility if items are damaged during delivery to mailing address.
We shall share losses if the supplier runs away with the money.
The maximum waiting time for meetups is 10 minutes. Please inform us beforehand if you are going to be late.
No liquid form, powder form, food items.
Items not collected within 2 months will be donated, if you're going overseas or unable to collect within this period of time please inform me before hand, will reserve the items for you first.
- Please allow 2-4 cm of difference between stated measurements and actual items. Please take note of difference in lighting between monitors and lighting when taking the photos. The actual colours you see will depend on your monitor hence we will not offer exchanges for these differences.
We are not liable for any defect/loss of items through local postage. Please opt for registered postage, very highly encouraged!
We are not responsible if your item is confiscated by customs due to purchasing of prohibited items(imitation goods, pornography, violent objects, etc).
